At the installation ceremony of the All India Devangar Sri Sowdeswari Narpani Mandram, the newly installed head-office bearers launched 35 projects for the Devanga community. Each one serves families directly: jobs, education, health, temples, culture, weaving and a stronger common voice.

1. Mandram Matrimony: Marriage profiles from Mandram member families, checked before anyone sees them. Free for members and with no brokers, so parents can find a match within the community from their phone.
2. Mandram Instagram: The Mandram's official Instagram, in photos and short videos for the young: events, achievers and our heritage. Run by the head office, with the social media representatives of every vattaram sending in their news.
3. Mandram Facebook: The Mandram's official Facebook page, where families and elders follow Mandram news, events and member stories. Run by the head office, with every vattaram's social media representatives sending in their news.
4. Mandram YouTube: The Mandram's official YouTube channel for full speeches, events and stories of our culture and heritage. Anyone, anywhere, can watch them again.
5. Devanga Startup Founders: For Devangas starting a business, growing one, or ready to back others. Founders get mentoring from Devanga industrialists, space in an incubator, introductions to funding and their first customers; in return they hire Devangas first, offer internships and mentor the next batch.
6. Devanga Medical Helpline: Devanga doctors, specialists, nurses and pharmacists who volunteer to help members with health worries that are not emergencies. Ask in the app or ask for a call back, and get an answer, a second opinion, the right hospital or doctor, and help finding affordable care.
7. Mandram Activities Online: Head-office notices, vattaram news, meeting minutes and accounts, all in the app. Every member hears the same news at the same time, sees what the Mandram is doing and deciding, and can join in.

10. Weavers Innovation Centre: Works on new designs and better weaving technology, and trains weavers to use them, with JKKN's researchers, the government handloom department and weavers' societies. Weavers earn more and get the handloom schemes meant for them.

14. Youth Campaign: A drive to bring many more young Devangas aged 18 to 35 into the Mandram. Youth volunteer in their vattaram, help elders use the app, and run sports, cultural events and service drives, growing into the community's next leaders.

It gathers the records that prove our ownership and shows each temple's progress openly; members can share old documents, report a temple, donate or volunteer.
16. Legal Services: The Mandram's legal wing, a panel of Devanga advocates. It takes up the community's and the Mandram's legal matters, gives free help to members who cannot afford a lawyer, and responds quickly when a member needs help at a police station. Members can also find a checked Devanga lawyer for property, family, business or government matters, with a free first consultation and lower fees.
17. Political Wing: A non-party wing open to every Mandram member. It takes the community's needs and demands to government, backs Devangas standing for election, and helps members register and vote.
18. Mandram Office: The Mandram's head office, for membership and ID cards, community letters and certificates, requests and complaints, and meeting the office bearers. Visit, call, message on WhatsApp, or reach it through the app.

19. Mandram Website: The Mandram's public website, for members, the public, government and partners, and Devangas living far away. It tells our history and heritage, who leads the Mandram and how it is organised, the projects and latest news, and how to join or give.
20. Online Donations: Anyone, in India or abroad, can give to the Mandram's general fund, to a project of their choice, to student scholarships or to emergency relief. Every gift gets a receipt, members can see how the money is used, and donors are thanked by name if they wish.
21. Online Membership Drive: Any Devanga aged 18 or over can join the Mandram from their phone and follow their application step by step. Members get matrimony, deals, helplines and every member service, and together we aim for 5 lakh members in one year.

22. Mandram Members Directory: The Mandram's verified register of members, open only to signed-in members. Find fellow Devangas by name, vattaram, kilai and occupation, and get to know the members near you; phone numbers are shown only if the person agrees.
23. Naam Devangar (family headcount): Every Devanga family is counted: how many people, their ages, studies and work, and where they live, entered by the family or by a vattaram volunteer. With real numbers the Mandram can plan help where it is needed and speak for the community to government and in every constituency.

25. Business Directory: Devanga-owned businesses, listed free and checked by the committee, alongside friendly businesses that give members a benefit. Buy Devanga first: our businesses gain customers and trade with each other, and the money stays in the community.
26. Events Directory: Mandram meetings, Sowdeswari festivals and temple events, camps and drives, and events members choose to share, near and far. Say you are coming, get a reminder, and check in at the venue with your QR.

27. Jobs Directory: Job openings from Devanga businesses, committee-checked employers and members who hear of one, for freshers, experienced people, skilled trades, and part-time and work-from-home roles. Job seekers can also post a profile so employers can find them.
28. Devanga Influencers Network: Devanga creators, public figures, journalists and respected local voices who share Mandram news, feature our businesses and weavers, inspire the young and speak up when the community is misrepresented. In return they are recognised by the Mandram, helped to make better content, and offered work with community businesses.
29. Mandram Membership Drive (Karnataka): The membership drive for Devangas in Karnataka, who join this Mandram directly. A Karnataka team is setting up vattarams there, aiming for 50,000 members.

30. Devanga Teachers Network: Devanga school teachers, college faculty and tutors, working or retired, who give free tuition, career guidance and exam coaching to the community's students. The network also helps Devanga teachers find posts.
31. Blood Donation Network: Members register their blood group and town as donors, and the Mandram holds regular donation camps. When a member's family needs blood urgently, matching donors nearby are alerted and can be called directly, and every donor is thanked for each gift.
32. Welfare schemes: Help to get government schemes for weavers, students, health insurance, and pensions for the elderly, widows and disabled. Members learn which schemes they qualify for, get help with forms and follow-up, and can attend scheme camps in their vattaram.

Temples Directory: Every Devanga temple in one place, from Sri Sowdeswari Amman and Ramalinga temples to all those run by or linked to our community, with location, festivals, pooja timings, history and whom to contact. Members find and visit our temples, keep their festivals alive, and keep a record of our heritage.
34. Magilir Campaign: A drive to bring many more Devanga women into the Mandram. Open to every Devanga woman, it builds women leaders in every vattaram and brings skills, earning, health and safety to women and their families.
35. Sri Sowdeswari KUMMI: Devanga women and girls performing the Kummi dance in honour of Sri Sowdeswari Amman, at festivals and Mandram events. The Mandram teaches it so every vattaram has its own troupe, keeping our devotion and tradition alive and bringing families together.
